Offering freshly made dishes featuring ingredients and cooking techniques you love, but in new and delicious combinations. Some dishes are decidedly Eastern or Asian in origin but enhanced with Western influences. For instance, the crispy outside of the traditional Chinese spring roll is offered in combination with a new flavorful inside by wrapping the shrimp, stripe of salmon, tilapia, cucumber, scallion and cilantro.
